Youth offenders! Whats the right course of action the UK government should do?

* Government spends lot of our money & wastes its & our times trying to tackle youth crimes.

* The Government is failing as usual in this field as in others!

* The solution is that easy:-

1- Stop retreating the offenders by putting them in 5 *****rs detention centres.

2- Give those little devils real punishment, so they will hate to go back to prisons or detention centres.

3- The government is solely responsible for this youth offending phenomenan by taking a soft approach & retreating the buggers!

* I hate listening to our BBC news for the last 3 days, talking about the government of losing its compass on dealing with those little devils out there.

* GOVERNMENT, BE BRAVE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH THOSE CRIMINALS & PROTECT THE REST OF THE PUBLIC, THIS YOUR JOB, TRY TO DO IT PROPERLY!

  1. I don't think you took into account the fact that UK prisons are overflowing, and that they're even releasing offenders that are half way through their sentences, or criminals with 'softer' crimes committed. They've even released some paedophiles/s*x offenders. So, I doubt they'll be replacing these people with 14-18 year old yobs.

This problem ISN'T that easy to solve, if it was they would have solved it years ago.

  2. havent read you whole quest but i dont need to

the goverment wastes alot of money (youth crime, goverment is corupt taking money for thereself, imagrants too many claimin, not got control of benfits to many people cometing fraud and so on) so dont moan about them wasting money on youth wich are the next genaration

britian is to soft now there should be harsher punishments a life for a life for murderers pedofiles should be not let out it is an ilness what cant be cured

and yoth crimes is because the goverment dont do nothing about it

at the end of the day the goverment sucks it is a waste

i think we would be better without the goverment

  3. Personally I am an advocate of the short, sharp, shock and I think Boot Camps are the way to go. Anyone having watched 'Bad Lads Army' on TV will appreciate what I mean.

  4. I spent 30 years in LA and this works.

The  LAPD assembled two specials units. The public disorder unit and the crash gang unit. These were squads of tough streetwise, zero tolerance cops. They kept  vigilant survelliance

on the ringleaders of youth gangs and troublemakers and made their lives unbearable by costant harrassment and searches, etc.

Eventually thos morons either moved away or stopped their violent, criminal behavior. The uk would be crime free if they imported some of these unit experienced hard line cops to train the uk ones or the uk chief constables got of their lazy butts and started doing what they are paid to do..."SERVE AND PROTECT."

  5. stop bleeding spamming you ****... you only need to ask a question once!

  6. They should outsource the prison services to a third world country.

Those youth will be dump in a deserted island with no food, water or tools.

If they are still alive after 10 years, they will be release.

  7. Bring back the cane, the birch, National Service and hanging. Let the cops beat the c**p out of em instead of takin the gently, gently approach. And instead of sending em to cushy young offenders institutions wi good grub, TV's and free holidays, dig a big hole, shove em all in that and chuck em some bread and water every now and then.

  8. Bring back whacking.

"Youth offenders" is what our government chooses to call young brats who have been allowed to grow up with no self-discipline.  We have abandoned enforced discipline at school and at home.  Instead we have ineffective schooling and "parenting".  There are better ways of teaching self-discipline than corporal punishment, but it's a system we've been using for tens of thousands of years, it's easily learned and it works.

When corporal punishment was abandoned in the 1970s, some of us (who had observed trends in America) warned that it would lead to a breakdown in discipline, unmanageable schools, feral kids and "youth offenders".  Rearrange the following words into a well known phrase or saying:

                                          you   so   told

  9. Chain Gangs. Get them removing graffiti, picking up dog poo, digging drains.

Things they'll never want to do again.

  10. A very difficult one to deal with.  I am for the short sharp shock with the ring leaders and if that doesn't work then a boot camp type of approach.
