When you're a partner for youtube do you make money off of your videos?

Exactly what the first poster said. I'm not a partner but I have a really good friend who is. If you have advertisements on your videos you can make money.

Becoming a YouTube partner is hard work for many people. Your videos have to get alot of views, and you have to regularly upload videos.
