Youtube Trouble. Help is greatly needed : ]! ?

On YouTube i tried to sign up for an account.... on my email it said everything was working. So, i tried to sign-in on YouTube, but when i did it says Invalid Parameters at the top. Any clues as to why? Any idea or comments on how to fix this? Thank You.

In the email, did you click the confirmation link? 'Cause I remember mine saying that when I first signed up. Turned out I hadn't clicked it :/

Otherwise, I've no idea :( check FAQs?

Here is what probably happened....

1) You forgot password

2) Or you forgot your user

3) Or you didn't activate your account
