Youtube director,video length,file size question ?

Where can I know the exact limit for the video length and file size on the official youtube web ?

I just tried 13 minutes length video and rejected for the

long length. So it's proved, no videos more than 10mins

can't be uploaded. But still some videos had more than

10 minutes. I've seen 12minutes length video. And some

people says director account can have like an hour length.

And now even if I make director account, it won't work.

Why is this director account so special ?

I just made a 15 minutes length video and I can't decrease

anymore. I really want to upload this one.

And for the last, I uploaded 125mb, 9minutes length video.

People said not more than 100mb but it atleast proved

to me it works for me. What's the exact limit for the file size

then ?

You are right about 125 MB, do you know I upload Flv files you will not find on youtube about it. The same thing you did by using 125 MB. I have also seen longer duration videos as you said and always thought why and how?
