Youtube file too big?

Question

i made a 1:30 video of myself and was wanting to put it onto youtube. the file size limit is 100 MB, and mine is 190MBs. i thought maybe it was because it was too high quality, but i recorded it with a canon powershot digital camera, so i doubt it. why is this happening and what can i do? BTW, i don't know how to use Windows Movie Maker.

dude most cameras don't work on youtube because of the file format
