how do u change that pic of the man with the camera for the pic that u want

Delete, Browse the pic and click the  one you want.

you click on edit channel then on the list on the left personal profile then under the little pic of the camera it sould say choose an image if you want a picture that isnt a icon for one of you videos then click that but if you do want a pic from you video stills or the icon for one of you videos click choose from one or your video stills.

just download the pic on your PC .....

use adobe fotoshop to get it changed ......

again upload the pic on the internet..
