Youtube question? someone copied my vid?

theres this person on youtube who took my uploaded video...of me and my friends and posted it as his own..i was really confused so i checked his profile and it seems that he copied manyy others cuz there are messages left there like "as$hole you copied my video" and stuff. Is this against youtube policy? i tought it was an a*****e thing to do

I would contact youtube and tell them of this.

And hopefully they can fix it up for you by banning him or deleting his account.
