Youtube video question?

after you put another video on it bumps the one on top of the others right. How do I make one video stay in that spot always? I am talking about the one on top of all the others. There are ten and I'm talking about the very first one. Not the nine below.

  1. -Go to your Channel

    -Click "Edit Channel"

    -On the left side, click "Organize Videos"

    -Select the videos you want as your Top 9 by checking the box next to them

    -When finished, click "Update Channel"
