Mikhail Youzhny is one of just two seeds remaining in the draw at the 2010 Dubai Tennis Championships. So what are his chances of winning the title here?

They’ve been improving by the match so far, as one by one his fellow seeds have tumbled. The Russian should get past Jurgen Melzer in the semis and in a worst case scenario faces Novak Djokovic in the final. Djokovic is still to play his quarter-final, but if he makes it through that and the semis, it’s the Serb who would have to enter the final as favourite despite performing below expectations so far this year.
