Yoyo leopard gecko!?

i know leopard geckos are nocturnal but do they bask at all during the day?

some of mine have. some didnt. leos dont seem to care about light at all, on , off  they dont care.  im convinced its the keepers who care most about the subject ,( since i care about night and day then so must my lizard right?).not the geckos. the geckos,they only care about heat.. when the heats right they do what they want, when they want , no regard to day or night.

p.s. conn girl i have seen leos BASKING in awesome cages under full spectrum lighting (m.v.b.)just like bearded dragons ( not as high temps off course).  most keepers dont see their charges full range of behaviors because they dont give them a full range of choice. that said they are MOSTLY nocturnal

Leopard geckos don't bask for heat. They lay on sun warmed surfaces to warm their bodies. I kept an under tank heater under their dry hide and they didn't come out much during the day except to cool down in the lagoon or wet hide if necessary. They would mostly come out in the evening to eat and during the night unless i woke them up boo i shouldn't have though.
