Yu-Gi-Oh: Brain Control rules?

Hello Yahoo Answers people, I have another Yu-Gi_Oh question for you today!

When I activate the spell card Brain Control, when the opponent's monster enters my field, can I change it's position? Even if my opponent had already changed the position?

if your opponent changes the position of the card before you have control of it you must wait one turn to change its position but after its in your control only you can change its postition unless a spell or trap card is played that changes the poition of the card

also i would use brain control in a combo with catapult turtle cuz then you can use his monster to attack his own life points and he loses his monster
