Its a great deck but here is what you shoul do:

take out all cards not to do with removing cards from play.add in all the cards you got from the dark emperor deck. if you do that youll have a good deck, my bro has one just like it and i have a cyber deck and he beats me

Harsh Criticism.....

ok well 1st i'll tell u what r deck can do.....

If your lucky enough to activate cosmos or fissure then you can keep removeing you cards from play all day long and they'll keep coming back :)

But thats not good enough to win a duel against some1 good :(

U need more destruction. Monarchs fit well in this type of deck because you can tribute your DD scouts and survivors and they'll keep coming back to be tributeded some more.

um.. 1 out of 10. This is going to pretty harsh, it looks like you bought two Dark Structure decks, threw all the cards in the air and picked out random cards. Its not focused, it looks like part of an out of play deck. I would dump a ton of the unnecessary traps and monsters to add more D Fissures and Cosmos. Then add some more monarchs, that should give you a start.
