Ekibyo Drakmord-A monster equipped with this card cannot attack. Destroys the equipped monster at the end of the 2nd turn of the player controlling the monster. At that time, this card is returned to the owner's hand.

So the question is this, can I attach to the other players monster? If not how is it used?

  1. you can attach it to any face-up monster (even your own). the equipped monster can't attack and on the end of the 2nd after it's been equipped, the equipped monster is destroyed. if this card was destroyed this way, it goes back to your hand instead. if the equipped monster is removed from the field or flipped face-down, ekibyo drakmord will not return to your hand because it wasn't destroyed because of its own effect

  2. the main idea behind the card is that u attach to opponents monsters, if they tribute it though its bye-bye ekibyo

  3. as far as i know you are allowed to attatch it to your opponents monster the same thing goes for cards like paralyzing potion

In case your interested im  looking to sell 1500 of my yugioh cards. Email me if you want more details

  4. All Equip Spell Cards can be equipped to your opponent's monsters, unless otherwise stated.  That's how cards like Germ Infection and Ekibyo Drakmord work.

However, like the guy above me said, if your opponent tributes the equipped monster, Ekibyo Drakmord will be destroyed, and will not return to your Hand.
