Yu-Gi-Oh Fairy Deck Help!?

I'm helping my friend make a fairy deck and we're kind of on a budget. 20-40 dollars.

So heres what we've got...

2x Guardian Angel Joan

2x Sanctuary Up in the Sky

1x Mars (agent foroce of judgment)

1x Saturn

2x Kelbek

And yeah.. I know its a bit pathetic but maybe we can buy some Ancient Sanctuary?

Please help!

Also please do not recomend things that are unobtainable like Shinato, Airknight Parshath, Gellenduo

hmmm....maybe a wingweaver for straight beatdown and fairy guardian for its good effect.  Dancing fairy and the agent of force mars is good
