Elemental Ocean is a must and the fusion materials for Necroshade would make a good addition. If you run 2 of each elemental hero instead of 3 you have room for more of them without going over the recommended 40 cards, Future Fusion is also a must for any Fusion Based Deck. Maybe instead of Ojama Trio run a more destructive trap card like Sakuretsu Armor, it tends to run their field down more and leave them open for your Fusions. Re-Fusion is also a good addition to this deck, certain situations may call for it. Otherwise the deck is really based off of those 3 fusions, you should open it up to more of a variety. Neos isn't such a nessicity since he is really a Neo-Spacian and not an elemental hero but it's not a bad idea to have him in there either. The only problem with an E-Hero deck is that if not played correctly you're going to have a field full of pathetic monsters that don't compete, that's what the fusions are for and when you can fuse any two random monsters in the deck it'll help keep a fusion on your field weather it is a Thunder Giant or a Shining Flare Wingman.
