Yu Gi Oh Ruling Question?

Lets say I have Skill Drain (negates effect) on field along with Jinzo(negates traps) on field and I have a facedown Mystic Space Typhoon. Now I know that Skill Drain negates Jinzo and I attack opponents LP. My opponent flips Sakaretsu Armor(trap) to destroy my Jinzo, in response can I play Mystic Space Typhoon to destroy Skill Drain thus giving Jinzo his effect back and negating Sakaretsu Armor?

Jinzo will negate the effect of any trap card... skill drain will not work.

The Negation of Jinzos effect does not stop. Even when skill drain is off the field because jinzo came out when Skill Drain was already on the field its effect is gone permanently. So he cant use his effect unless it hits the grave or some how leaves the field and comes back. so chaining MST to stop the Saku wont work and just wastes you skill drain.

I believe you can.  The chain activates backwards which means MST will activate first destroying Skill Drain then being that Skill Drain is no longer active on the field Jinzo's effect will kick in negating Sakuretsu Armor.
