Which decks are tier 1 and 2?

Tier 1 right now are Gladiator Beasts, DAD return, and One could argue Monarchs but its really just the first 2. Tier 2 would be Zombies, Monarchs, Lightsworn, and Perfect Circle.

Those are just the top decks out right now, people my argue that Zombies are Tier one but even with the new cards they have yet to top a shonen with Glad Beasts and DAD with the occasional Monarch Build.
