NOTE: This is not my deck. I want to run a Monarch/Removal deck wich i am collecting cards to build it. But this is my friend's deck and he want to know if its good or if it stinks. Also deos this deck have any chance agains a Monarch/removal. I am also looking for a good monarch/removal deck to give me some ideas on how to build mines.

Use Skill Drain to negate the bad effects of Goblin Attack Force, G-Kozaky and Giant Orc which will give major field advantage since most 2300 attack monsters are at least 6star. Skill Drain also prevents your opponent from their monster effects such as Caius the Shadow Monarchs and Jinzo.

You can replace Luster Dragon and Andal with anything 1900 4 star. Skilled Dark magician works but you'd be better off with a normal monster.

I am sorry to tell you this was a very good deck but.... alot of the cards in here are banned unless you are playing in an unnoficcial match you cannot use this deck but otherwise it is good.
