Well you have The Dark Emporer structure deck.  Buy 3 of each and you can mix and match the cards to make a great D.D. deck.  If you are looking for Booster packs, then I suggest Invasion of Chaos as it has alot of the D.D. cards you could use like Strike Ninja or D.D. Scout Plane (which is also in the structure deck).
