My little cousin had a question. He was playing Yu-gi-oh with one of his friends, and his friend had every single monster card zone filled up. It was his friends turn, and his friend only had monster cards in his hand at the moment, he couldn't lay down anymore because his monster card zone was all filled up. Is he allowed to skip his turn?

  1. He CANNOT skip his turn. He has to continue taking cards from his deck. So in this case, if he has a full-hand, he has to take 1 card, then decide to discard TWO cards from his deck. He is allowed to discard the card he just took. OK?

  2. You must enter each phase of your turn:  Draw Phase, Standby Phase, Battle Phase, Main Phase 2, End Phase, unless a card instructs you otherwise.

  3. all he could do is just have a normal tern by drawing and ending his turn he dose not have to put anything down

  4. If by skipping his turn mean not putting down a monster card, then ya, he can skip it.

  5. well there are the phases of yugioh: drawing (draw phase) which he HAS to do, standby phase, for card effects that use it, the phas.e were u put down cards (u dont have 2 put down anything), battle phase, were ur monsters attack, and then another phase were u can put down more cards (but still only 1 monster card per turn, NOt phase) and then its over
