Yu gi oh card questions??

Question

1. For cards like Infernal Incinerator, Junk Warrior, Collosal Fighter etc. that have effects that change their ATK number, after the ATK number of the effect that says "increase the ATK of this card by 200 points for every monster on your opponents side of the field and decrease the ATK of this card by 500 points for every monster on your side of the field except this card". Does it mean that if this effect is already used does it mean next turn when I normal summon a monster does it mean that the ATK decreases by 500 more points or does it stay.

2. If Infernal Incinerator tributes a monster with 2000 or more ATK then does it mean original or current ATK (Gaia Power on Tojan Horse).

1. infernal incinerator's attack will go down if you summon another monster to the field

2. and you can tribute a monster with boosted atk.

"as well as Tributing 1 monster with ATK 2000 or higher from your side of the field."

it does not say the monster has to have its original atk as 2000 or more

well for ur first question yes it mean that his attack will keep goijg t down but for ur second  question i have know idie wut u talking about
