Yu gi oh-dark necrofear question?

Question

i have a yugioh card called dark necrofear, 2200ATK / 2800DEF. its effect says that it cannot be normal summoned or set and that this card can only be special summoned by removing 3 fiend monster cards from my graveyard.

(my deck is a fiend deck *half of it are fiend monsters*)

- if my dark necrofear is in the graveyard, can i just remove 3 fiends from my graveyard to re-special summon it? or do i need like, a monster reborn and THEN remove 3 fiends??

nope it has to be in your hand when you summon it

Dark Necrofear's effect activates in your hand. You cannot activate it's effect in the graveyard, but when if it's destroyed by a monster, you can take control over it.

You can't activate Monster Reborn on it because Dark Necrofear can only be summoned in 1 way-and that is to remove 3 fiends.

u have to have a dark necrofear in your hand

and also if u was to use a monster reborn on that card u wouldnt be able to because thats a special summon

and it says on the card u have to have 3 fiends in ur grave yard

why dont you use "Monster Reincarnation"? its a spell card that is similar to monster reborn. Instead of summoning it to the field like monster reborn does however, monster reincarnation brings it back to your hand. then you can special summon it normally.

yah ya need monster reborn etc then remove the 3 finds to get him from the graveyard othwis ya can somen him without any spells or traps!! :D

i can help. all u need 2 do is  take all ur cards, then, lite up ur firfe place or stove, then, u  throw evry single card in the fire.then ur question will b answered

You have to Have Dark Necrofear in your hand first, then remove the 3 fiends and then you get to Special Summon him.
