its a very good deck bu u need some cards important to any type of deck like pot of greed monster reborn or even yata-garasu.Unless u dont want to have banned cards in your deck  :-)

Pretty nice, I wouldn't take "seven tools of the bandit" though. Way too many life points just to get a card off the feild. I wouldn't bring brain control since it has a lot of life points to pay, but I'd say yes, go ahead and bring it to the tornament. Here are some great additions that I highly reccomend:

Monsters:

Umbral soul, the creator, gilford the lightning, majestic mech-goryu, man-eater bug, elemental hero neos, puppet plant, herald of creation, spiral serpent, tyrant dragon, guardian angel joan,  raging flame sprite

spell:

dark hole,axe of despair, ballista of rampart smashing, dian keto the cure master, hammer shot, swords of revealing light, change of heart, fissure, ookazi, malevolent nuzzler, soul exchange, nobleman of crossout, monster reborn, lightning vortex

trap:

spellbinding circle, shift, call of the haunted, draining sheild, raigeki break, sakuretsu armor, dust tornado, trap hole

if your just going to use the "seven tools of the bandit" for the battle phase, i would rather use "trap jammer". and you need to put in "mystical space typhoon".

Stick with seven tools of the bandit. It can stop many of the counter traps that are commonly plays like solemn judgement, and dark bribe. imagine the look on your opponnets face when they payed half thier life points and you stopped them for 1000 life points.

Dont listen to that loser! haha. Your deck is actually pretty good, and i can see you doing fine in locals. Plus, you dont want forbidden cards in your deck, so you can get disqualified.
