1. Yugi/The Phaoroh (spelling?) appears in episode 180 of Yugioh GX. It hasn't aired in America yet (only in Japan). It's during season 4, which should begin airing on August 13th. Jaden and Yugi duel each other. You can watch it on YouTube (the Japanese sub).

2. No, I'm pretty sure Yugioh 5D's wont have Yugi or Jaden in it.

No and No. Yugi appeared on GX, but not Atem. Yugioh 5Ds will feature a new character named Yuso Fudei.
