Yu-gi-oh tournament advice?

this week, i will be attending my first yugioh tournament.

can any pros out there give me some good advice as in what to be ready for, what to expect, dueling advice?

Alright, the main things you need to be weary of are the following

Dark Armed Dragon

Crush Card Virus

Monarch Cards

Allure of Darkness.

I would reccomend playing a deck with a theme, that run cards that make good combos together. Here is my deck, so you can get some ideas

Strategy: Get removal cards out and remove Survivor+scout plane. Use them for monarch fodder.

You will probably be facing a lot of monarchs (they are so over used), and probs some deck that are influenced by the d**n anime it self. Also there are loads of Dark Decks out there becuze of the new dark monsters. But any ways good luck with your first tournament :D:
