it's a 100% guaranteed pull

The same goes for the action figure promo, but good luck finding one of those

The best way to get a Cyber Dragon is obviouly in the Collectors tin or the Mattel Action Figure promo because you are ganranteed a Cyber. If you deon't want to do that then try the Gold Series because you have for chance of getting it in the Gold Series then you do in getting it in Cybernetic Revolutions and the Zane Pack.

Mattel Action FP and Collector Tins are easiest ways to get a Cyber Dragon because you automatically get the Cyber Dragon. Cybernetic Revolution, Dark Revelation, and Duelist pack is not a good way to get Cyber because getting it is a slim chance to zero. You might instead buy the Gold Series, as it might be easier to get Cyber Dragon and maybe a 1% to get a Crush Card Virus.
