Yubel question plz help?

Question

if i destroy yubel during the end phase of my turn and bring out incarnate does that mean that i cant destroy all the monsters on the field cause its already my end phase

You can because Yubel's effect works during the end phase, not right at the end of it.

Hello. If my card errata is correct, yes you can activate Terror Incarnate's effect if it's Summoned during the End Phase. I would clarify by posting on the UDE judge forum though.
