Yubel ruling plz help

okay if i have a foolish burial and i send yubel to the graveyard with it does that mean i can bring out terror incarnate with it or not

No, it has to be on the field for the effect to go off. But what you can do is use Foolish Burial to send Doom Shaman to the Graveyard then use Swing of Memories. So, when Doom Shaman is on the field use its effect to Special Summon Yubel from your hand. Then end your turn and Doom Shaman and Yubel will be destroyed but you will be able to get your Yubel - Terror Incanate.
