Yugioh Counter Deck?

Recently, my friend bought the Structure Deck: The Dark Emperor and I've been have difficulty beating it. I put in a couple cards to return my Removed from play cards but they're not helping much. Any suggestions on how to beat it?

A big weakness to dd decks are "pulling the rug" and cards that get rid of spells and traps, for instance mystical space typhoon, heavy storm, giant trunade", Nobleman of extermination, Mobius the frost monarch, ect. Use cards with wall effects like Marshmallon and Spirit reaper. Try using more quick play spells such as book of moon, shrink, enemy controller to activate them when caius removes them from play, sice there quickplays you can chain them to the activation of it's effect.

there are a couple cards to try: in stoping the cards like dimentional fissure adn macro cosmos use mystical space typhoon, dust tornado, heavy storm, adn giant trunade adn to stop the monarch it self use forced back, pulling the rug, and skill drain...

there are a whole list of cards to use but then again i dont think u need all that
