Yugioh Field Barrier Card Rueling Question?

if i have Field Barrier in Play protecting my A Lendary Ocean card and I manage to summon Levia Dragon, can i use Levia Dragon's ability or does Field Barrier stop me from triggering Levia Dragon's Effect?

Im almost sure that technecely you can because the effect of Levia Dragon says that it sends the field spell card to the graveyard while Field Barrier only protects the field card from being destroyed or any others being used

field barrier stops field cards from being destroyed.

even though levia's effect sends the field card to the graveyard (not destroy), sending away the field card is also a cost effect (which field barrier does not stop because paying a cost by removing a card from the field is not destroying it). so you can activate its effect to destroy all other cards on the field
