why are ppl in metagame adding random fusions to decks

like sanwitch in gladiator beasts ?

I think they bluf to make you think your facing gb or e hero decks but some of the fusions do work in those decks i have to say that

Because of E-hero Prisman. You summon him, show your opponent Sanwitch allowing you to send sangan to the graveyard. Special summon Sangan and have him destroyed in order to find almost any card in your deck.

Sanwitch, Reaper on the Nightmare, Dark/Chaos Neos, and Magma/Grand Neos are not random at all

They're in there to be abused by E-Hero Prisma and a resurrection tech. You can easily Prisma a DARK weenie and then reborn, just to flip a CCV that much easier, and the same can be said about Dark Panther and Grand Mole for extra control in your mirror matches.

Fusion decks for other builds ARE random, because Players are getting strict about rule sharking Fusion Decks left face-up and asking for game losses, people are just getting 10 random fusion monsters to put face down, to make a false intimidation that their opponent is playing against a GB deck. Much like how players used to use 50 card fusion decks to lure opponents into a false sense of security that they're facing an E-Hero fusion deck.
