Yugioh Fusion Monsters and Diffusion?

Question

I have Dark Paladin and only Dark Magician. I don't have Buster Blader, but i do have Versago the Destroyer which can be a replacement. Now that the two are in the graveyard and i activate De-Fusion, does Versago come back to the field since it was the monster that helped fuse it. it doesn't say it has to be the monsters on the fusion card, it says the cards used to fuse it. this would be helpful so i know whether i can use De-Fusion in my deck

You can bring the substitute-fusion back. Although i dont recommend you use De-fusion. No good player uses it becuase if you go through so much trouble to summon the monster then you shouldent De-fuse it. No good deck uses de-fusion trust me.

upperdeckentertainment.com is your friend for all official rulings. Paragrach 3 on the De-Fusion rulings state:

"You may use "De-Fusion" to Special Summon "Goddess with the Third Eye" or "King of the Swamps" if it was used as a Fusion Material Monster for the Fusion Monster selected with "De-Fusion".
