ok my friend is building a FROG deck and he has most of the cards but we can get them all and hes on a budget so a frog deck is great for him

anyway im no good at building frog decks but if one of yous could build me one and gives suggestions or ideas that would be great

while i can pretty much pull any build i want to make out of my a*****e and make it good and playable, i'm taking a plunge with frogs, as this will be my first time actually reading ANY of them, so i hope you don't mind that i CC max's build and fix off of that

Like you mentioned above, you wanted a deck that uses the stall cards, and I guess so that you can use your unifrogs to deal some serious damage whilst Wetlands is on the field. However, I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to frog decks, so you may want to tell your friend to proxy the cards before he actually starts buying them. As far as I can see the deck will be brilliant but just in case.

Also I've made the deck basically as cheap as it can be whilst still being strongly playable.
