Yugioh card Diamond dude? His effect with the magic cards, do i have to use the spell on my NEXT turn or can i use it on any of the following turns, like 2 turns later?

You have to use it on the next turn after you activate his effect.

For Example: You activate his effect, next your opponent has their turn and when it comes back to your turn you have no choice but to activate the spell card, even if it's not going to help you.
