Can i activate another spell or trap because i control it

yes,because it says that your opponents can't.so if you control it your opponent can't use its effect

yes you can ... the effect applies to your opponent but i think it is reset (so they can activate 1 from when you start controlling it)

yes beacause ownership of that card has switched. unless he activates something that causes a replay like ex. call of the haunted get back sky scourge envicil so you cant activate spell cards
