Will The Light - Hex - Sealed Fusion work with Cyber Dragons to fuse Fusion monsters.

you can't use polymerization/power bond with the hex sealed and proto cyber dragon (or proto if it's face-up on the field) because each of the cyber fusions require that the monsters used for its fusions are the ones listed above (which are cyber dragons. proto's name is treated as cyber dragon so it can be used for cyber fusions)

but you can have a face-up proto or cyber dragon and a light hex sealed and tribute both to summon cyber twin dragon (or 2 cybers and a hex sealed to summon cyber end)

it wont work if you want to make a Cyber Twin Dragon or Cyber End Dragon because the cards say you can only use cyber dragons or a proto cyber dragon on the field

It all depends on what effect of The Light - Hex - Sealed Fusion that you use.

You can not use its first effect which allows it to take the place of another fusion material monster, because the Cyber Fusion family can only be fusion summoned with the above fusion material monsters.

However, you can use its second effect that allows you to tribute it, along with other fusion material monsters to summon one Light fusion monster. This is because the Cyber fusion family can be summoned without a fusion summon. So if you have either Cyber Dragon or Proto Cyber Dragon on the field and you summon the light hex sealed fusion, you can tribute the two of them to summon Twin dragon. It's the same with End Dragon except you need another Cyber on the field.
