Yugioh- Questions on Certain Cards?

Ok My main specific question is, Can Mind Crush, be effective in a dark world deck, or would it be considered a cost effect.I need some judging expieriance here please.

Also, How do i answer questions, i just used this page and im not sure how to do things.Also the card "Fine" (Trap Card) Can anyone tell me its specific pack name?

Mind Crush can be a useful 'tech' card in Dark World decks, but I wouldn't think of main decking it.

Answering questions, there should be a link you can click right below saying "Answer this Question" in all questions you read.

Fine is a common trap card found in the 'Phantom Darkness' pack (PTDN-EN080 is it's card number).

Yes Mind Crush would be effective it is not a cost effect and Dark World decks are really powerful if made correctly.

Click on answer at the top of the page (the green one in big letters) the pick a question then click 'Answer this Question" and follow the steps.

Fine is in the Phantom Darkness booster packs. Look here:
