Yugioh Summoning Effect Question

Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys has a mandatory effect summoning it during the Standby phase. tree born Frog has an optional effect. You have 2 spells in your spell and trap zone. would both the phoenix and tree born be special summoned?

The Phoenix would first come and destroy all spells and traps. With both backfields clear, you could then Special Summon the frog from your grave.

they both activate during the standby phase ... treeborn can activate at any point during the standby phase and can activate multiple times ... sacred phoenix must activate and you can therefore choose to activate treeborn frog after (since the spell/trap zone would then be empty)

Since SPoN's effect is manditory it activate's first, it is then Summoned to the field and all Spell and Trap cards are destroyed. Since all of yours are now gone Treeborn Frog's effect CAN activate and if you choose to it is then special summoned. This is not a chain and it must happen in this order because Treeborn Frog's effect isnt even considered until all the Spells and Traps are gone, which only happens after the Phoenix's effect RESOLVES.
