wall of revealing light can be a bit too costly..

only running 5 fire monsters means you dont need to run three backfire, spiritual art kurenai could come in handy if your using brain control on the lava golem, which is a good 3k combo.

+1/2 toll

+1 messenger of peace

they are some good ideas i use myself.. and ive never seen toll before.. BUT IM BUYING SOME NOW theyre amazing ^^

Lava Golems are a burn deck's main form of monster removal. You will want to use three of those, otherwise you'll have no way of getting rid of threatening monsters. You don't need three stealth birds, two will suffice.

Cyber Dragon is pointless, this is a burn deck, not a beatdown deck. It won't really help you.

Des Wombat is alright, but there are better choices in my opinion.

You want two or three Des Koalas.

UFO turtles are alright, but there are better options.

Good players don't place excess spells/traps on the field. They keep them in their hand where they're safer. Princess of Tsurigi is not very useful because of this.

Tremendous fire is garbage. Meteor of destruction isn't particularly good. Ookazi isn't very good either.

You probably want some Nightmare's steel cage cards. Stumbling is also VERY useful.

Backfire is c**p, wall of revealing light is c**p, you should have enough attack prevention cards that don't require a sacrifice on your part. Spiritual fire art could work I guess, though I don't particularly like it.

You need secret barrels.

If you're curious, this is my burn deck. It's a little unorthodox, especially because it lacks messenger of peace, but I like it.

[1] Neo-Spacian Air Humming Bird (An odd choice, but it works well in my experience, since it will likely take several turns for the opponent to destroy it)

[2] Nightmare's Steel Cage

[3] Poison of the Old Man (This is by far the best life point damaging spell card in the game. It makes things like Tremendous Fire and Ookazi look like garbage)

[2] Stumbling (VERY useful. Not only does it hamper your opponent's ability to attack, but you can place solar flare dragons face up right away without worrying about them being destroyed while in attack mode. You can also flip up Des Koalas without worrying about their measly 1100 attack points)

[1] Swords of revealing light

[3] Wave Motion Cannon

Traps: 14

[1] Ceasefire

[1] Gravity Bind

[2] Judgment of Anubis (Spell/Trap removal will be the death of you. This card prevents that problem)

[2] Just Desserts

[1] Magic Cylinder

[2] Nightmare Wheel

[2] Ojama Trio
