DURING THE ENDPHASE OF THE TURN THAT I ATTACKED "DARK NECROFEAR" WITH "EVIL HERO DARK GAIA", DOSE NECRO'S EFFECT ACTIVATE? AND IF SO, CAN I CHAIN IN RESPONSE WITH "TROJAN BLAST"?

yes dark necrofears effect will activate during the end phase because you destroyed it and yes you can counter  with trojan blast because your monsters control has been switched to your opponent

Yes, Necrofear takes control of Dark Gaia during the end phase of either turn, but you cannot chain Trojan blast unless it was set your previous turn. Also, if Trojan Blast was set the turn before, it destroys Dark Gaia and its equip card, Necrofear, inflicting damage equal to Dark Gaia's original ATK (the combined total of a ROCK and FIEND type monsters used to Fusion summon it--> example: Granmarg the Rock Monarch (ATK:2400 DEF:1000) + The Wicked Dreadroot (ATK:4000 DEF:4000) = -6400 damage to your opponent! OUCH!
