  3. This doesn't look alot like a frog deck, just a water deck featuring frogs. I'll give the deck itself a 5/10, Water decks work fairly well, even if they are only chucked together, but if you think about it hard enough, you can make an awesome deck.

For a frog deck, get some Unifrogs and Substitoads. You'll want Wetlands (Frog Field Spell) and a D.3.S frog with a Future Fusion or Polymerization, or both ;). If you can, a Frog Barrier, or rather, 3 of them would be awesome.

On the other hand, for a water deck I recommend using 2 Daedalus', a LV Limiter Area - B and a Gravity Bind, 3 Legendary Oceans and 2 or 3 Warrior of Atlantis, along with your favourite little Amphibious bugroths and Mermaid Knights. Hydrogeddons can join in too, and Nightmare penguins have sweet effects as well.

A Daedalus Stall/Beatdown is a very versatile deck, and if you can bring him out quickly enough, victory is surely yours. It's better if you use a Neo-Daedalus, so your opponent can't pull anything fancy from their hand, but unfortunately he can only be summoned by tributing normal Daedalus. The choice is yours, I wish you luck.
