can the effect of dark crusader or hand destruction activate the effects of dark world monsters?

I don't really know, but because its going from your hand to the Graveyard I would say YES.

Still, cards like "Archfiend Soldier" are much better than Dark Crusader anyways.

no. those are costs, which are not counted as card effects. dark world effects do not activate when they are discarded as costs. you'll need to use cards like card destruction, dark world dealings, etc. to activate their effects

because it is sending, discarding is different, plus its a cost

cards like lightening vortex, divine wrath or any cards that say discard 1 card. are a cost

because u gotta discard 1 card IN ORDER to ACTIVATE its effecttt.

no dark crusader and hand destruction are both cost effects which were erroded by upper deck because dark world would have been almost impossible to beat at the time of its release
