Yugioh deck for sept 1st help!!!?

Im trying to get back into regionals... and i have no cards right now... i quit and sold em all...

Now i wanna gfet a good deck.

What are some good decks out there?? i heard monarchs kinda suck cuz DAD is better.

Synchro Stardust is expensive...

i have 200 dollars to spend... so i need side deck 40 deck and i need a good deck

Again darkworld is kinda bad now since there are many other decks.... anyone got a good deck thats around 200$ to buy everything?

Dark Armed Dragon and Rainbow Dragon Turbo are probably the best decks; but DAD alone is 150 so that isn't good...

Dragon decks are very strong but a bit repetetive; your best bet is an remove from play deck, or maybe a machine deck?

E-hero decks have good fusions and are inexpensive but are a bit slow to get out. I suggest you buy a structure deck (around $10 to $25) and buy some cards online to modify it, thats probably the cheapest option. Lots of people are saying Dark Emperor is really good but i don't know if it could be good enough for regionals.

The best thing to do is buy 1 or 2 boxes of Gladiators assault and just hope you get good Gladiator Beast cards.

use lightsworns because i win tournaments with my deck no judgement dragons most lightsworns are rares and commons a little bit are super rares and coulple are ultras two secret rares my deck is a cheap deck about 140 bucks
