I think i can help you.Okay 20 monsters. You don't need too much Tribute Monsters they will get in the way at times. 1 Bazoo the Soul Eater Might be okay for this deck to get your D.D. Scout Planes back and get Monsters to the remove from play pile.

3 Caius the Shawdow Monarch( Can destroy anything on the field or Mobius the Frost Monarch will do fine for replacement for Caius the Shadow Monarch, Heavy Storm, and Giant trunade. )

3 Gren Maju Da Eiza (Possibility of High Attack Power!)

2 Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive( To Draw cards Faster and replacement for Cyber Valley!)

11 Spell cards. I don't think you'll need Heavy Storm and Giant Trunade for this deck. They can ruin your Macro cosmos and Dimension Fissure. 1 Fissure will work fine in this deck too. 3 Big Bang Shot is okay for his deck to for the combination of D.D. Survivors and D.D. Scout Planes in case if you don't have Macro Comos or Dimension fissure in your hand or on the field. I don't think you'll need 3 Dimension Fissures at times when 2 many of them come together at times it can get in the way!

9 Traps. I don't even think you'll need Solemn Judgement. It's only good when you have low life points and it's only good when to use it at a good situation. Well probably just put it in your side deck because paying half of your Life Points can be a lot at times. Same for Macro Cosmos I don't think you'll need 3 Macro Cosmos because they can get in the way at times if too many of them come at the same time!

1 Skull Lair( Similar use to Soul release for this deck, I think people kind  a forgot this card! This card is an awesome Trap Card! Especially for a remove from play deck!)

Total 40 cards excluding the side deck. Keep it close to 40 cards as minimum so that you'll have the chance of drawing the cards that you want more.
