Yugioh deck help (again plz read first part)?

I have posted this deck already, but apparently I need to let you know that my budget is limited, I can't go out buying all kinds of expensive cards like the lot of you. I'm not looking for a deck fix that would play in nationals, i want to be competitive at local tournies, I dont necessarily play to win, i like having a challenge but i like to give my opponent a challenge to, its no fun if you win all the time

it looks pretty good to me. i see a few things that stand out and that is 2 jinzos with 6 traps. if you drop dust and mask of darkness it could make room for another caius and maybe a tomato - if u took out G.bind for sangan. its a long shot but u could also try a reasoning or two?? i dont see why burial from a diff dimension is there and i think that could go for premature burial. also take out swords for brain control.
