Hmm... A pretty good exodia burn. I would side deck the 3 magic jammer, or just get rid of them and replace with magic drain, no cost... and it makes your opponent burn up a card alot easier. If the divine wrath is for stuff luike monarchs, then just run pulling the rug, or run bottomless. that way it is gone right after effect hits. Other than that, I don't really see very many problems... But just because I Hate jar of greed, I would rather run Legacy of Yata... But either one works fine.

I'd run cyber vallys instead of jar of greed, they are just too sweet to pass lol.  draw+stop attack.  You should research and see if you can find some card that remove your gravyard cards besides soul release.... because if one of your borders fails, all of them do at the current time.(macros??? a bit overkill to use it but....)
