Well, I pulled a Raiza the Storm Monarch and Kuraz the Light Monarch on the same day from Walmart, so I guess so.

I'm pretty sure it's all random but it is possible. I usually buy all of my cards from Meyjers and I get a lot of good cards One day and c**p the next. One time I got an ultimate rare Lyla and Celestia then the next day I only got useless commons and the rares weren't even that good.

i went down to walmart, got 5 packs i got Gyzarus, angel 07, and wulf
