Yugioh dragon deck rate 1-10?

ok i have posted this deck b4 but i have made some changes i recently posted this up at the yugioh card maker fourm and i got ripped. my highest rating was a 5 out of 10 so i need some suggestions.

i will rate it a 7 because you need to put in some search monsters. you should also put in pot of avirice. just my opinion

Alright i see you are a blue eyes guy  and i love this deck theme and idea of dragan master knight but try dropping blues and putting in horus low to high and a couple jinzos so you make a horus/jinzo lockdown drop all the ritual mon. an magic and put in some draw cards maybe a few monarchs but i love the deck 6/10 only because it is a little slow maybe if you keep it put 3 ancient rules for the easy summon and dont forget to put another polymerization in forjust in case matters good luck
