Yugioh end phase rules question?

Question

d.d. surviours is sent out of play during main phase 1. he comes back during the end phase.

if the opponant then activates bottemless trap hole (sending him out of play again) will he come back again as it is still the end phase.

also is i have a yubel and a yubel - terror incarnate on the field, which effect will activate first? (they both say end phase)

1. He will come back because all those cards resolve at the end phase.

2. You can choose, but destroy Terror Yubel with Yubel's effect, so you can summon Ultimate Nightmare Yubel (yes, I call them that)
