you can only do the specific thing once each time you have a go

Once per turn can be ANY turn including your opponents turn, unless the card says during your turn.

it's on any turn but you can't use the efect more then once in 1 turn!! !_!

"Once per turn" simply means for you to execute a certain card effect only once in either your or your opponents turn, however, when it comes to your opponents turn, only Quick Effects apply to that area.
